Where we ship
We ship within Canada only. Orders travel with Canada Post, UPS or FedEx, and you will receive tracking as soon as yours leaves us. Orders are usually packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, depending on availability. Additional time may be needed during sale periods.

Local pickup and delivery
Pickup is free and usually ready within 24 hours. Choose it at checkout. Local delivery is a flat $15 within 60 km of the shop.
Our largest plants are available for pickup or local delivery only. They do not travel well as parcels.
How your order is packed
Every plant is sleeved so the soil cannot spill, then boxed to fit snugly so it cannot move in transit. When your parcel arrives, bring it inside promptly and unpack it straight away.
Hot and cold weather
Extreme temperatures are hard on living plants. In the colder months you can add a 96-hour heat pack to your order for protection in transit. Heat packs reduce the risk of cold damage but cannot eliminate it. In either season, please do not leave a parcel sitting outside.
If something arrives damaged
Email hello@plantclub.ca within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the plant and the packaging, and we will replace it or refund you. Full details are in our refund policy.
